I have also developed a fluted tray to securely hold your products, as an alternative to plastic tryas. Although not a new concept, our partner offers the option of various “top” substrates, including matching the outer box material, to be laminated to their fluted material. Recyclability of a gift set also means easy separation of the multiple materials use; a good example is to make sure a thermoformed tray can be separated from the box to ensure individual recyclability streams,. Additionally, if the thermoform tray is “masked", we ensure the mask canalso  be separated for the tray….CYD designed a “glueless" application of
paper mask to the plastic trays….
